Hunters Corner BID, a vibrant community of over 190 business members. With a robust annual budget of $132,919.50 sourced from the BID targeted rate, we are dedicated to enhancing the economic landscape of our beloved Hunters Corner.

Funding for Hunters Corner Town Centre Society Incorporated is secured through Auckland Council, collected via property rates charges and disbursed to us in four installments.
Operating under the Council’s Business Improvement District programme, we are committed to compliance and transparency in all our endeavours.
Central to our mission is a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan meticulously crafted to address the evolving needs of our members. At our annual general meeting, we collaboratively devise a BID Programme and business plan, aligning with the Council’s BID Policy to drive initiatives that benefit all our affiliates and members.
Membership in Hunters Corner Town Centre Society Incorporated is open to business and property owners within the defined Hunters Corner Business Improvement District (click here to view BID map). As a member, you gain access to a wide array of services, including enriching networking events and regular communication channels. Annual General Meetings
At the end of the year, we convene an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to meticulously review the activities of the preceding year, endorse financial statements, and elect the Executive Committee. Participation in voting and candidacy for committee positions requires active membership within the association.
Attend a Board Meeting
Business Association members are cordially invited to join us for our monthly Board meetings. To attend, please reach out to the Manager for details regarding the next meeting date and to confirm your attendance. Any items for discussion under General Business should be submitted with a minimum of two weeks’ notice to facilitate their inclusion on the agenda.
Please be advised that all discussions held during these meetings are confidential to our members. We expect all attendees to adhere to punctuality and maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect throughout.
For non-members interested in attending an Executive Committee meeting, please submit an application to the Manager for consideration.

Administering the BID Targeted Rate Grant
As stewards of the Business Improvement District (BID) Targeted Rate Grant, we oversee its administration to fund specific projects and initiatives within Hunters Corner Town Centre.
